Couture Clothing
You can schedule a consultation on “The Couture” page. First schedule an 15 min free consultation. The designer will give you the next instructions following the consultation regarding scheduling.
Couture Clothing consultations are completed via zoom. Fitting are held in customers’ home or a public location; fitting’s locations will be discussed during consultations.
Any additional consultation after the first one will require a deposit and can include further discussion of the product to be made.
All custom-made clothing comes with a free consultation and requires a deposit to finalize the service. Deposit is non-refundable. Deposit covers the cost of the material and may vary per customer/item being made.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom-made clothing. Customers are allowed up to two additional FIT alterations on the final product upon dissatisfaction but this does NOT include a whole new remake of the outfit.
Only for people located in Chicago/Chicagoland area or those willing to travel to Chicago/Chicagoland area.
Collection Couture Items
All Couture clothing from released collections can take UP TO two weeks for production, 1-2 days for processing, and 3-4 days for shipping. Couture clothing is categorized by couture and are hand sewn/made.
Refunds and exchanges are available only on unworn and undamaged products. Products returned with stains, unpleasant odors, marks, stains, etc. will not be refunded or exchanged.
Ready-to-wear Clothing
Ready-to-wear clothing takes about 1-2 days for processing and 3-4 days for shipping. Refunds and exchanges are available only on unworn and undamaged products. Products returned with stains, unpleasant odors, marks, stains, etc. will not be refunded or exchanged. Payment will be returned in the original payment method. May up to about 5-7 business days for processing.
Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for return payments to be processed.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges at this time. Please return your item. If you would like to order additional items, you will have to start a new order.
